Booking appointments for clients with Scheduling

This guide covers how to schedule, modify, or cancel appointments for clients from your site's Scheduling console. To see your clients' online booking feel, visit How clients book appointments.

Before you begin

Before booking appointments, you'll need to:

  • Set your availability to choose the hours you're available for appointments.
  • Create at least one date blazon for a service you offer.
  • Connect at least 1 payment processor, if your service requires payment at booking.
  • Enable electronic mail notifications to send confirmation emails to clients.

Schedule an appointment

To schedule appointments for clients:

  1. In Scheduling, click Appointment Calendar.
  2. Higher up the calendar, click New.
  3. Select an appointment blazon.
  4. If y'all have multiple calendars, select a calendar.
  5. Cull a date and time. To choose a date and time outside your availability, click Custom. If you lot choose a engagement and fourth dimension outside your availability, Scheduling displays a warning, but doesn't prevent you from scheduling the date. To create a repeating appointment, click Recurring.
  6. Enter your client's contact data. Include an e-mail address to send the customer email notifications about the appointment.
  7. Click Schedule Appointment or use the arrow to select Schedule, merely don't send confirmation email.

  1. In the Home menu, click Scheduling, then click Date Calendar.
  2. Click the engagement summary under the calendar.
  3. Click Cancel.
  4. Check Marker as no-show and/or Transport email to client, if applicable. If you lot choose to send an email, you can add together a bulletin.
  5. Click Cancel Appointment.

To cancel a client's appointments in bulk:

  1. In the Home carte, click Scheduling, then Clients.
